GISA Service Management Cockpit
The GISA Service Management Cockpit has been launched!

The service managers of the nationwide IT service provider handle a lot of data from individual customers, which needs to be collected and analyzed. To simplify this process, GISA commissioned the application, now known as the Service Management Cockpit. It links data from various sources on one platform in a clear manner, ensuring that an overview is always maintained and quick action can be taken if any issues arise. We are pleased that we could make the work easier for our IT colleagues and look back proudly on a successful project!
