Our clients and consultants provide you with goals, concepts, and structures and you take on the structured and reliable implementation in the system, ensuring everything is correct, stable, and ready for use. Your Tasks
Creation, testing, and sending of newsletters, as well as maintenance and optimization of email templates
Maintenance of contact lists, segments, and preference centers, as well as data imports, data cleaning, and CRM data maintenance
Implementation of defined marketing automation including triggers, workflows, forms, and landing pages
Testing, quality assurance, and documentation of campaigns, shipping routes, and automations
Preparation and operational implementation of campaign components in tools like Brevo, Sitecore, Salesforce, or HubSpot
Close coordination with consultants, creation, and project management
Support in user training and creation of simple system and process documentation
Maintenance of simple campaign reports, documentation of dispatch and campaign results, as well as preparation of operational key figures
Your Profile
Initial practical experience in email marketing and marketing automation and confident handling of the associated tools
Structured, careful, and reliable way of working with a high awareness of quality
Enjoyment of operational implementation as well as clearly defined, recurring processes
Understanding of customer data & GDPR, segmentation and shipping logic
Experience with tools like Brevo, Salesforce, Sitecore, or comparable marketing automation systems (desirable)
Completed training in marketing, media, or commercial field; alternatively, relevant studies are welcome but not a prerequisite
Basic understanding of reporting, campaign metrics, and operational KPIs, as well as experience with landing pages, forms, and email templates (desirable)
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written (C1 level)
Willingness to work on-site
